In general, you would use ODK Aggregate to gather data from many devices
running ODK Collect then use one of the many mechanisms to extract or
publish those survey results into an analysis tool of your choosing. See
https://opendatakit.org/use/aggregate/data-transfer/ for the many ways you
can get your aggregated results out of ODK Aggregate.
