Is there a dashboard analytics that we can use with odk?

I'm not sure what you mean.
If you are happy with Google products, you can publish into Google
FusionTables or Google Spreadsheets and do analytics and visualizations in
those.
If you are concerned about security, and have set up your own server, you
could purchase a data analytics tool like Tableau and configure that to
work off your database tables directly.
Or you could download the data using ODK Briefcase and extract it into CSV
files, then load it into whatever analytics package you are comfortable
with.
And if you are a member of the RedCap consortium, perhaps you could get
someone in that group to fix their data submission interfaces so our
publisher will work...
