Data collected using Draft form can't be submitted to Published form

1. What is the issue? Please be detailed.
A new ODK form was created, tested and published, however the incorrect QR code was shared with the team of data collectors.

Instead of the QR Code for the User Profile, the QR code for the draft/test form was shared.

Now the draft/test form no longer exists, the data collectors are unable to submit their data. The error message reads "Error: Generic Exception: Error: The authentication you provided does not have rights to perform that action".

Is there any way to recover this data? Two days of fieldwork has been carried out (approx ~300 records).

2. What steps can we take to reproduce this issue?
I think I've diagnosed the issue by speaking with the team members. If we try to scan the QR code in use with a new device, it says the QR Code has expired.

3. What have you tried to fix the issue?
I pressed "Create Draft" in ODK Central, which generated a draft/test QR code in the hope it might allow submissions, but as I expected it didn't work - the new QR code is for a new draft version.

4. Upload any forms or screenshots you can share publicly below.

I spoke with another team member who said it's possible that a User Profile QR code may have been shared with the data collectors and then revoked, which I presume would give the same sort of error as I've described above.

So the question remains, is it possible to allow data collectors to submit the data that is saved on their devices at this point?

Many thanks

You may be able to find the data in your Collect directory, then pull the data from Collect using Briefcase, and export to csv.

If you have access to the new valid QR code you should be able to go to Settings -> Project management -> Reconfigure with QR code and scan the new code. That should allow you to send the saved forms.
