I've set up ODK Aggregate using Yaw's nice VM.
I'm trying to access with ODK Collect and running into a problem.
Error Getting Form List
ECONNREFUSED accessing https://192.168.0.43/formList.
I've tried logging in as anonymousUser and by a new user 'test' that I set
up... both with "Data Collector" roles.
Since this is a connection refused message, I assume it can find the server
and is a permissions problem.
I'm probably making some elementary mistake but I'm confused now.
Any ideas?

Mark,
Try going to http instead of https. By default, the VM doesn't do HTTPS.
If that doesn't work, then go to the url (http://192.168.0.43) from
the browser on your phone. If that works, then it's an issue with your
Aggregate config. If it doesn't, then it's an issue with your network
config.

I knew I must have been doing something obviously wrong.
I guess I used https since that was the default in the settings.
