Data reference for new data entry

Dear All
Please ,kindly to you answer that I want to known how to data
reference for new data entry. This attack file yellow cell is once typing
for (title and other date) and then we fill training personal list and
click summit . We do not write again at new data entry for (title and
date) so how to do auto fill or data reference. Please someone ,can you
help me for this problem.

Hi there,

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking. I think you don't want to
type the sections marked in yellow every time. If that isn't correct,
please post the question in your native language and hopefully someone
can help translate.

In general, you cannot refer to data that has been entered previously.
You can enter default values or make the entry easier or split the
forms and link with an id.

If you want a default value, you can use the default column.

If the list of training venues is always the same, you can also use a
choices list to make it easier for users to enter with a select one.

As to splitting the forms, you can have a Training Venue form where
you enter data about the venue and a Training Attendance form where
you enter data about the attendance. Then you can have some Training
Venue ID (maybe a 2 digit training venue code) that you enter that ID
in both forms to link them.
