1. What is the issue? Please be detailed.
On latest ODK Central, I created Project and Form and gave user QR code.
Menawhile I add encrypion just to test how it work.
User downloaded form and try to post something, everything worked great.
I deleted project and created same one with same form but without encrypton.
User started to collect data (didn't tell him that he can start collecting) and he didnt notice that forms are not pushing to server.
So know he have data encrypted in mobile, in section "ready to send" but data is not tranfered to Central.
How to obtain data, decrypted of course. Any online tool? I know paraphrase word.

3. What have you tried to fix the issue?
Try to give him new url from new project/form. Still he can't post data.
I think we are is some glitch now, I should closed form... Can't find solution to post to central but how to save data from ODK collect?
