Hi? I have considered how to do what you seek.
- Delete the blank 'other specify' columns since you dont need them in
your analysis. - Use.
-Assume a list cell D6 and 'other' has been selected.
- =IF (D6="other","-999").
-That should fill -999 in any column whenever D6 is other.
