Delete Form

Hi Friends,
I have a problem with my ODK Aggregate when I delete a form.
I delete a form (option "delete" in Form Managment --> Form List) and in the first moment it disappears, but after of 1 or 2 days this form reappears.
I don't know if there are another way for delete a form and it not reappearing, please.

What version of Aggregate are you using? And on what platform (e.g., App Engine, local server)? What, if any error messages does Aggregate report? What have you tried to fix the problem so far?
