I am a newbie to ODK form design, i designed a survey form, upload to "getODK Online".
Unfortunately the "state" options are not displaying well.
I have tried all the formatting on the xlsform using "=trim" and "=proper" functions.
I need and expert to help me look at the form and make the neccessary corrections for me

When you get a chance please take some time to introduce yourself here .
The column name in your survey sheet for the label miss an uppercase for the Language :
you have to type "label::English (en)" instead of "label::english (en)"
