DeviceID values changed for Aggregate

Hi,

Recently, I have seen deviceID value changing from simple values to a new syntax "collect:fYvbMLyBab49EEKc". What changed on the Collect side, and when?

Apps in the Play Store are no longer allowed to access fixed identifiers such as IMEI.
