Disable or control apps

He everyone,

We use Samsung Galaxy smartphones to conduct our surveys and when the team
returns back from the field to the office, they can upload their data to
our Internet server through the office wireless network.
However, this also permits downloading of apps that are not really useful
such as social networking or games. We use our devices strictly for data
collection and wouldn't want to have staff using them for other purposes.
Is there any way I can control the phones to disable them from downloading
such apps?

Please let me know?

Regards,
Ramadhan Swalleh

Hi we have used app protector by sputnik in the past and that has worked
well. You can find it in the Google play store

We faced the same issue and after a lot of search, we adopted AppLock with advanced protection (FREE) and it served the purpose.

If you need I can send you the APK files. Can be downloaded from Playstore as well https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.domobile.applock&hl=en
