Display decimal instead of DMS at GPS screen

Hi you guys,

I'm wondering if the GPS Coordinates screen in ODK Collect could be customized to display Decimal coordinates instead of Degrees-Minutes-Second when the location locks-in?

If so, what would be the best way of coding this using XLSforms (or is it a switch in options menu)?

You would have to modify the Java code.

Then you would use/define different appearance strings for the geopoint
field to inform the Java code that it should show decimal coordinates.
