I have created 50 forms to collect data of different schools. Each form is different for each school. Now I have drop down list box with all 50 names of schools. What I need is , the moment I select the school name from the list, the form of respected school must be displayed.
I do not how to do this... Please help.

Calling separate forms within a form is not possible as I know. However, I can suggest a few things as the following:
- I believe the forms are similar to each other if so, try to apply skip logic on each field to pull different forms for different school
- You may keep the forms separate. that's not recommended if you would like to carry out a comparative analysis between the schools
