We use electronic forms as a data collection method for different purposes
in various groups of users - normally cloud based with live connection. As
an extension to this we need to make the same forms available off-line and
ODK is ideal for that. However I need to work out what is the easiest way
to have different sets of forms available to different groups of users. Say
for instance FormA, FormB amd FormC is for 10 collectors in a city and
FormD and FormE is for 15 guys working in a rural area - the data being
collected is for two different projects and I do not want to have the forms
available for download by the wrong team. How can I do this on one
Aggregate instance or do I need to create a completely separate Aggregate
instance for each team?
You would need to create two different ODK Aggregate instances so that the
user groups, forms and submissions are isolated.
