DOB field and Age field combo

Hi Friends,

I would like to have a DOB and Age fields in one of my forms, and if a
respondent enters DOB it will save DOB, if a respondent enters Age it
should convert that to DOB and save on the table. Is there any way to
accomplish that?

Thanks,
Imran

Hi Imran,

Attached is a sample form that asks a user to pick DOB or age. If they
select DOB, it estimates age. If they select age, it estimates DOB.

Dates are tricky and I didn't spend a ton of time on this, so you
should test edge cases and make sure it does what you want.

Dear Yaw,

This is an excellent and very helpful example. Consequently, a question
came to my mind: is there a way to hide the note column on Aggregate?

Imran,

You can use the Filter feature in Aggregate to hide whatever rows or
columns you want.
