Does a Windows Client exist

Is there any windows based ODK client to review (and possibly modify)
collected data ?

Want we want to be able to do is tocollect data on android devices, use a
USB connecteion between an android device and a laptop to transfer the data
to the laptop using breifcase. We would then like to run a client on the
laptop for a field manager to review the data on the laptop before pushing
to the aggregate server for others to access.

Any insights or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

No, only an Android client as far as I know.

You can run Android x86 in VirtualBox on Windows and use that to run ODK
Collect.

Cheers, Chris.

Aptivate is a not-for-profit company registered in England and Wales
with company number 04980791.

If you're already using Briefcase, then you can generate CSV files. You may
then use your spreadsheet to do minor editing.

I've tested BlueStacks (android tablet emulator) with ODK collect and it
run well under windows 7, and is more simple for install than
vistualbox+android.

Frances - thanks - I installed Bluestacks and it runs nicley -

Now I am trying to figure out how to get the ODKdata files from an
Android device into Bluestacks on my PC, preferably through a USB cable
connection. Problem is that Windows Explorer doesnt have a way to see the
Bluestack files

Any one with any ideas ?

Thanks much,

Abie
