Does the ODK and ODK-X use the same data infrastructure

Hello all
Does the ODK and ODK-X use the same data infrastructure. Can we use ODK central for ODK-X forms or these systems use completely different infrastructure.

ODK and ODK-X are different software and the forms are not the same. The forms cannot be used interchangeably across the two softwares. For more info see the sections on forms in the ODK docs and ODK-X docs.
