How do I get the same answer choices are not selected twice. How about the syntax on XlsForm. Can anyone help?

It results from the filters of different questions

I changed the question ... how do I choose all the answers from the filter results that are unknown how many answers will appear. To use the count-selected I thought could not be because we did not know what the answer choices
