Download form impossible

1. What is the issue? Please be detailed.
I cannot download an empty form from odk aggregate to odk collect.
When i click on DoWnload forms i can see the forms from the server. When i click on download i have an error message saying the connection to the server was impossible. These forms used to be able to be downloaded on another server. This old server crashed and i created another one.

2. What steps can we take to reproduce this issue?
Install digital ocean server link to a freedns subdomain

3. What have you tried to fix the issue?

I have already uninstalled and re installed odk collect, i removed the forms and put others but it still doesn't work.

Aggregate is no longer being updated and not being supported. We recommend you use Central instead.

As to what is specifically happening here, you'll need to look at the Tomcat and Aggregate logs on your server to see if there are any hints.
