Download media-files from submissions

Hi all helpful people here :wink:

Sorry for my bad english.

We have an ODK-Aggregate Server established.

Now we want take e.g. all the Pictures (that were uploaded to the Server)
from the Web-Server (with ODK-Aggregate) to our local Server.

Is there a Possibility to download all Pictures at once or the other
mediafiles like Audio to our local server???

Use ODK Briefcase, then everything you want to be taken care of.

Briefcase is THE solution and I am stupid, that I didnt see it on ODK^^

Hi again and need help again :-)))

Ok, there is a little Problem with ODK-Aggregate.
Downloading Pictures is no Problem, but the audio-files where not on
Aggregate.
Anyone an Idea???

Hi Dominik,

Trung is correct. For alternatives, there is very thorough document on
getting data out of ODK Aggregate at
http://opendatakit.org/use/aggregate/data-transfer.

Hi Dominik,

Check the entire chain to find out where the problem is. Make a sample
form that just collects a piece of text and audio. From the
phone/tablet, make sure when you saved the form, you can go back, edit
it and play the audio. Then when you submit it what shows in the
column for audio?
