Downloading error

1. What is the problem? Be very detailed.
When I am downloading the submission forms total of 184 forms, data is not downloaded properly after completion of download when I am trying to open WinRAR then this error is showing "Unexpected end of archive" and "Archive is corrupt"

2. What app or server are you using and on what device and operating system? Include version numbers.
I am using odk central server on digital ocean.

3. What you have you tried to fix the problem?
I thought this might be a WinRAR problem that may be used in a different WinRAR version but this problem is not solved yet.

4. What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?

5. Anything else we should know or have? If you have a test form or screenshots or logs, attach below.

Some more details will help troubleshoot the problem.

  • Are there images or media files included in your data?
  • What is the size of your Digital Ocean droplet?
