while all variables appear correctly in tablet/mobile view, I did not find the dropdown options for District, Municipality, and Village when checking from a laptop view. any suggestion??

Forms can sometimes behave or appear differently across platforms. To understand more what’s likely causing the issue:
- are you using any appearance on these fields (district, etc.)
- are you getting the choices from an external file with cascading choices?
- are you using any style in the form settings tab?
In addition to answering the question above, it would be helpful to see screenshots of both what you see on mobile/tablet and laptop (assuming the former is collect and the latter web-forms)
