I've been using the dynamically-loaded multiple-choice feature for a while,
and it's working well. However, one of the columns in the attached csv file
contains names. I used to have the names in English. Now, I need to use the
names in Arabic.
I followed the steps on this page https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewSolution?id=000003837 to convert
the encoding of the csv file to UTF-8. The process was successful. When I
open the csv file, I can see the names in Arabic (not random symbols).
However, when I uploaded the csv as attachment to the file on Ona, and
tried to fill the form, I got the attached error page. ODK didn't seem to
be able to read the csv file.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
I have attached the survey, the csv file, and the error page.
