Edit & upload submitted survey

Hi,

Is it possible to edit a submitted and upload it back to ODK aggregate?

Editing survey -> I'm able to do it with google spreadsheets, fusion tables
uploading submitted survey -> Kindly guide me

by design, once data gets to aggregate it cannot be changed.
