Is there a possibility of sending back already submitted forms to the
Tablet, say for further editing e.g when i want my data collector to get
some missed data?
If possible, how should i do it?
if not possible, someone advice me on what to do

Not really. With a lot of extra framework, you can use the external
itemsets to pre-populate data into a form (from, e.g., a previous survey),
and update that.
If you need this functionality, talk to SurveyCTO. I believe they have
extensions to do some of this.

The smap server also supports this. You create tasks based on an existing
survey and mark the check box to update existing. Then assign the task to
the user. When they refresh their phone they will get an editable instance
populated with the existing data.
