Ending a form

Hello,

I am currently designing a form which has a Yes, No option. If the input
is "No" I need to end the form. What script could be used? I would also
need a prompt to warn the user of the impending end.

Thank you

Regards
Paul

Mark all the later questions as relevant if the input is "yes". Mark
another prompt relevant if "no" and have the prompt simply state that this
implies they are ending the form and if they didn't mean to do that, they
should back up.

Paul,

Try reading through http://opendatakit.org/help/form-design for help
on form design. http://opendatakit.org/help/form-design/xls2xform/
also has a nice tutorial if you use XLS2XForm.
