Enketo "Failed to load form"

We are facing problems opening the web link on Enketo for all the forms uploaded on the ODK central server.
Web page showing error: Enketo "Failed to load form"

One server is working well, but another server is not.
Please help to solve the problem.

Any difference between the working server and the non-working server? Any changes made to the code or config on either?

Thanks for your response.
The working server is Linode, and non-working server is
PCL Government Cloud:

  • We are using a TCS cloud server with Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS.
    • We have installed Docker manually.
    • Using custom SSL.

Please suggest a solution.
