Hi dear All, I have a concern, I have a list of about 3000 plant species in a csv file that I would like to attach to my form through the ''select_one-from_file'' question type. And it's not happening, I really need help. attached the error message, the inquiry form and the external file in csv.

My guess is that you are using XLSForm Online? It doesn't have support for external files. Upload the form to the Central server (self-hosted or ODK Cloud) where you'll be doing the data collection and it should work.
