Error code 500 when performing simple actions

1. What is the issue? Please be detailed.
Users are getting an error code 500 when trynig to perform simple actions such as:

  • assigning form access to app users
  • uploading a new form

2. What steps can we take to reproduce this issue?
Multiple users have encountered the same error code and I have the same issue when repeating the tasks.

Searched the forum for information about error code 500, but haven't found any solutions.

A 500 error means that Central is in an unexpected state. For example, it may have run out of resources like disk space or memory.
