Error code 504 loading submissions after upgrade to Central v2025.1.1

After Upgrading ODK Central to v2025.1.1, the pagination of submissions doesn't work for forms with huge amount of dataset. I get error "Something went wrong: error code 504."

Sorry the upgrade did not go as planned. Some more details might help someone provide a solution.

  1. What version were you upgrading from?
  2. How many submissions are in the form that causes the issue?
  3. Does everything else appear normal in Central (e.g. Enketo, uploading data, etc)
  4. Have you looked into the debug logs to see what might be amiss?

Sorry for the late response.
There was no step in the upgrade, I upgraded from the version before the introduction of the pagination of submissions.
We have over 3000 submissions
Everything works fine with the exception of viewing the submissions which means the data cannot be downloaded unless we use briefcase
I haven't checked the logs yet but it is error 504

Many thanks for this report @arazak584 and our apologies for the performance regression. We have just published v2025.1.3 that we believe should fix it. Could you please let us know whether that works for you?
