I have an error when downloading the report in .xlsx format. The information is partially presented despite the evidence that the ODK Collect form was filled out completely and uploaded to the aggregator correctly.

Are you using KoboToolbox? You'll need to go through the Kobo support pages and forum for questions about that software: https://www.kobotoolbox.org/help/
On this forum we can help with any of the core ODK tools listed on https://docs.getodk.org/
There is some crossover. For example, Kobo Collect is just ODK Collect with a different logo, and both Kobo Toolbox and ODK Central can work with XLSForm files.
