I am trying to restore a backup to a Central instance. I followed the restore instructions, moved the backup file to the /data/transfer directory. -
What app or server are you using and on what device and operating system? Include version numbers.
I am using ODK Central (v1.3.3) deployed using digital ocean. -
What you have you tried to fix the problem?
I tried to view if the restore.js file really existed in the /usr/odk/lib/bin directory only to realize there wasn't an 'odk' directory in /usr -
What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?
I am attaching a picture of the error message.
I tried another fresh installation of ODK Central.
And this time restoring backup was seamless. I therefore want to believe that the initial instance I was restoring the backup to was not properly installed.
