Generally 402 error is caused by Payment Required: https://restfulapi.net/http-status-codes/
There was a similar topic on the forum Unable to upload to server from mobile device. error type: payment required (402) a https://odk.ona.io/dmmu
I would recommend contacting ONA if you are not sure.
