1. What is the problem? Be very detailed.
I get an error 500 while trying to upload two data from the Samsung A31 phone
Other data were sent successfully except for two and I can't figure out why
2. What app or server are you using and on what device and operating system? Include version numbers.
I'm using the api.moda.wfp.org version of ODK and don't have access to the log in
3. What you have you tried to fix the problem?
I have tried to upload manually but without access to the log in, I can't do that
4. What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?

Hello! Unfortunately, only the people who administer that WFP server can help you with this issue. HTTP errors in the 500 range indicate a problem with the server that you, as a client, cannot correct yourself. I see that https://moda.wfp.org/ is powered by Ona software, so if you cannot reach someone at WFP, perhaps you can contact Ona for assistance. Good luck!
