What is the problem? Please be detailed. Error Getting Form List

What ODK tool and version are you using? And on what device and operating system version? Kobo Collect v1.14.0a and using a Vodaphone Smart Tab 3G, Android version 4.4.2

What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?

What you have you tried to fix the problem? I have retyped the user name, password, servername

Form listing failed.Error: libcore.io.GaiException:getinfoaddrinfo failed: EAI_NODATA (No address associated with hostname) while accessing https://kc.humanitarianresponse/formList

My guess is that the URL should be https://kobo.humanitarianresponse.info (you are missing the .info)
