Why is ODK converter telling me that 'select_one' is an unknown question type? It really isn't!

It is unclear whether you are referring to the 2.0 tool or the 1.x tools;
what "ODK converter" you mean:
- XLSForm
- XLSXConverter

Hi,
This message is shown if your question type is purely "select_one" . That
is there is no list name included. For example "select_one gender" should
not generate that error.
