Error in XLSForm Online

I finished an very interesting form with a very interesting survey, but now I can't transform the excel to xml. I get this error:

"Error: The survey sheet is either empty or missing important column headers".

I've checked it a few times and modified it and it still gives me error, why? Thanks in advance

The error message suggests two possible errors:

I suggest you verify that:

  1. The Sheet in the excel file is named "survey"
  2. The first row includes the titles of the columns (column headers)

I hope this helps.
