Error: Internal Server Error (500)

Dear Developer,

I am having some issue in ODK platform, while uploading the form. Its not
the issue due to internet speed. While downloading i don't have any
problem, but while uploading the form it give 500 error. I am trying to
upload form through wifi.
"FormName - Error: Internal Server Error(500) at
server_url/submission?deviceID=imei%3Aimeinumber"

Check your logs. What do they say?
