Hello,

I send the completed forms to my tablet on my server , but my server does
not display any form.

Several error messages displayed when i refresh my server :

Problem persisting data or accessing data
([ChoiceSubmissionType.getValueFromEntity] SQL: SELECT * FROM
opendatakit.OMT8OGO_LCNS_LC12T_MARQUE_LCNS_NOT_FORMAT_MARQUE_5 WHERE
_PARENT_AURI = uuid:25cc9331-2aff-4d4f-a48c-1de66dbb1c26 ORDER BY
_PARENT_AURI exception: This request (5522bdf73a3f7270) started at
2015/10/25 11:24:10.414 UTC and was still executing at 2015/10/25
11:25:10.196 UTC.).

And when i try to export data in CSV format, the statut of the EXPORTED
FILES indicate “Failure - abandoned all retry attempts “
