Error message using XLSForm: Names don't match

Hi,

I used ODK XLSForm Offline v1.6.0 to convert an xls file into an xml file but I keep getting an error and I can't figure out why. Here's the error message: [row : 166] Badly formatted table list, list names don't match: skala_abzu vs. weiter
As I see it, row 166 is the same as for example row 102 except for the name. And skala_abzu is only used as choices in other rows but not this one, so I fail to see how it's relevant. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

Here's the xls file. I deleted most of the labels, hints etc. since they contain copyrighted material.

Row 166 should be outside of the group (group_zustimmung) or list should be "skala_abzu". I do not which one is appropriate in your case.

You can not use different choice list in a group when appearance table-list is used.
