What is the problem? Please be detailed.
My research team has reached out to me, and it seems that one of the researchers has encountered an error whenever they try to send a finalized form to Aggregate. I've attached a copy of the error message they received, and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas about what could be causing the error? For those who can't see the attachment, the error says "Error: Client Protocol Exception".

A little more information will be helpful to find a solution. Is it first time you are trying to submit data? If not how many submission have you made before getting this error message?

It would also be great to understand what version number of ODK Collect you are using!
So I believe it was the enumerator's first time submitting data to the ODK server, so she had not done it before. And the version of ODK that she was using is v1.17.2.
