Our team faced a problem when we tried to open the link with our online survey (previously link opened and worked perfectly) or even log in into the ODK system.

Here the problem message (when we tried to open the link):
The string did not match the expected pattern.

And here the problem message (when we tried to login):
Something went wrong: the server returned an invalid error.

Please talk to the person who is administering the server, perhaps an IT contact. They can start by restarting the server. They will then need to review monitoring and logs to see what could be going wrong.

You should also check what version of Central you're running. The message about "the server returned an invalid error" is an error from a previous version of Central. If you upgrade Central, you'll pull in the latest bug fixes for Central and the latest version of Enketo.
