Error uploading the finalized form from ODK Collect to ODK Aggregate Virtual Machine (VM) server. Error: Not Found (404)

Hello,

I have installed the ODK Aggregate VM. In fact, after I have collected the data with my ODK Collect, I am unable to send the finalized form to the server I have created through the ODK Aggregate VM.

I receive the following error:
Error: Not Found (404) at http://192.168.1.3/submission?deviceID=imei%3A861566035998895

In the Server Settings, the platform is set to ODK Aggregate, and I have correctly written the URL, the Username and Password that I use on the web browser.
It has worked well on both the phone and the computer browser.
The ODK Collect is installed on Phone’s memory (and it works absolutely file) to collect the data.
Could you help me with the issue?

I have read the other forums online but have not managed to solve the issue.

Hi Jeega,

You've done all the things I'd generally ask about, so thanks for
taking those first steps.

First, reboot your mobile device.

Then, in ODK Aggregate, make sure the blank form you've uploaded is
Downloadable and Accepts Submissions.

Now, in ODK Collect, confirm that you can download blank forms from
the server. Can you?

Hi,

I am having the same issues, we are two groups working on the same project but one of us is not being able to upload to the ODK Aggregate, she get an error message. She has done all the steps required and rebooted her mobile device, but still no luck.

Is there anything else that can be done?
