Error when i open zip download media file

Hello everyone. I have a problem when I download the media files to central when i opening the zip I get this error

What can be the problem?

  • Do you have an idea of how large the folder of your media files is? For example, is it hundreds of images or thousands of images?
  • Do you know how much memory your Central server has?

As @danbjoseph hinted at, it's most likely a RAM issue that's resulting in a corrupted zip. Increase your memory allocation and add swap. If you aren't running the latest version of Central, upgrading will likely help as well.

What version of Central are you running? The zip should be roughly the size of all the media files combined. Is it a lot smaller than you expect?
