Error while opening the form: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 't')

1. What is the issue? Please be detailed.
I have set down all calculations and had dynamically attached the forms , but on opening the form following error appears
FormLogicError: Could not evaluate: /model/instance[@id="sale_order"]/root/data[order_uuid = /model/instance[1]/auaxGJouniGY2QWhBmpxXj/search_uuid ]/p_nam, message: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 't')

2. What steps can we take to reproduce this issue?

Checked all calculation , try finding in documentation and on forum but no solution

Checked everything is fine.

That looks very similar to this forum post from a few years ago: https://community.kobotoolbox.org/t/formlogicerror-could-not-evaluate-selected/33700

The problem there was referencing a field that doesn't exist. Can you check all the references and field names match? Are you able to share the form so I can have a closer look?
