We are getting this error while submitting the form on the odk application:-

What version of ODK Central are you using?
Is everything else working as expected?
This is with an Enketo webform? Are you also using ODK Collect?

Yes everything is working except Enketo webform..

Fyi, we used another cloud hosting and we installed docker, docker compose separately.

You might also check the logs. Or check the status of all containers with: docker ps
