Hi,
Another question for you guys; on the wiki they have a link for some
examples of forms. There seems to be no examples there (at this link
http://code.google.com/p/opendatakit/source/browse/#svn/resources/forms
). Are there any examples of codes that you would not mind sharing?

The link is outdated; you should be able to find the samples here instead now:

That link is more than 12 years old and no longer maintained. We don't have a single repository of example forms. Some are linked within different sections of the docs to illustrate specific functionalities. Some are linked on forum posts to solve specific problems. You might also read through the docs section on data collector workflows.
