Exporting data from server to excel

What is the problem? Please be detailed.
I am unable to export data from server to excel using CSV

What ODK tool and version are you using? And on what device and operating system version?
This is what comes whenever I download

Its on aggregate and whenever I download, it comes like URL
What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?
Would you be having a video on where I can learn or material

What you have you tried to fix the problem?

I have tried to do each of the URL but its taking quite a long time
