Hi,
I was wondering after you uploaded data to your server if you could export
jpegs of sketches and photos taken to your pc? I have worked with a similar
program which has not allowed you to do that. Thanks

Yes, the ODK Briefcase tool can pull entire datasets off the ODK Aggregate
server down to your local machine, including all multimedia files.
If you then use ODK Briefcase to Export this local data to CSV format, the
relevant media files are copied into a media directory in the same
directory as the .csv file.
Alternatively, if you know the link to the image file (e.g., such as those
contained in the .csv generated when you Export CSV from within ODK
Aggregate), you can open that link in a browser, right-click, and save-as.
Or use your own scripts to traverse the .csv file and pull the images down
to your local machine.
