Failed to load form after installing on Digital Ocean

Hello,

I recently installed ODK Central on my server (on Digital Ocean), and when i try to use my form i'm getting this error message:

Loading Error
Error occured during the loading of this form. We do not recommend you use this form for data entry until this is resolved.

Please contact support@getodk.org with the link to this page and the error message below:

Failed to load form

For information i checked successfully my form online using: https://getodk.org/xlsform/
And also i tried it using a free account on getodk.cloud without any issue (it works fine)

For information, when I scanned the QR via my Kollect application on my phone the form is working fine.

Please can you help

  1. Is it occurring with a single form only or multiple different forms?
  2. Does this occur when you are trying to "edit" the submitted form or when you are trying to "fill a new form using Enketo"?
  3. Which version of ODK Central you on?

Can you share a screenshot of the error pop-up. It probably has an error code.
I think you may have firewall turned on without properly configuring it. That way some services could be blocked.
Can you check status of firewall and turn off firewall (if its on) and rebuild the containers?

Hello,

Thank you so much Clement, yes, the firewall was the issue,
I stoped and disable the ubunto firewall, and now my form is displaying fine.
